Senior Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support multiple tools as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage troubleshooting, planning, and implementing releases/patches/upgrades
• Update documentation and manage change/incident tickets following ITSM processes
• Utilize automation jobs for the installation of various agents and tools

Required Qualifications and Education

• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to pass enhanced background screening for Public Trust clearance
• System administration experience for Windows, Solaris, and RHEL OS
• 5-10 years of technical experience or a college degree
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (.bat and .sh); knowledge of Perl is a plus
• AWS Certification and knowledge of OpenText, Splunk, and IBM tools is a plus
