Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify potential M&A targets and strategic partnership opportunities
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential targets and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support senior management with data-driven analysis and market research to align M&A strategy with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, consulting, or corporate finance
• Strong finance background and acumen, including financial statement analysis and forecasting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading cross-functional initiatives
