Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Applications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of core and emerging technologies related to TPA and claims processing
• Configure and maintain adjudication logic and ensure data accuracy across claims, eligibility, and provider files
• Collaborate with various teams to assess workflows, provide training, and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience with healthcare applications and claims processing systems
• Two years of CRM or Care Management application experience preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong data analytics skills required
• Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare delivery environment and technology solutions value creation
