Key Responsibilities

• Manage data science projects from inception to completion, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met
• Develop data science strategies aligned with company objectives and provide guidance to the analytics team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Five (5) years of experience in the healthcare industry in a relevant position
• Experience with analytical business healthcare transaction systems and optimization models
• Proficiency in R and Python for algorithm design and data insights
• Familiarity with data science project management frameworks such as CRISP-DM, Agile, and Waterfall
