Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager, Loyalty/Promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects using Agile methodologies, focusing on loyalty and promotions
• Serve as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Plan, estimate, schedule, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in retail or digital commerce
• Proven success managing loyalty, CRM, or promotional campaign projects
• Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA
• Experience managing external partners and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, including front-end development and CMS platforms
