Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow the affiliate marketing function end-to-end, focusing on strategy, operations, and compliance
• Recruit and manage relationships with top-tier affiliates and publishers, ensuring competitive payouts and performance alignment
• Monitor and optimize partner and campaign performance using data, while developing reports to track key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance partnerships
• Strong industry relationships with affiliate networks, lead buyers, and publishers
• Demonstrated success in scaling high-performing affiliate programs
• Deep understanding of conversion metrics and performance tracking tools
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
