Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end accounts payable processes from invoice receipt to payment
• Reviewing and verifying invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payment requests
• Handling vendor communications and resolving payment issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar accounting roles
• Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred
