Senior Account Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Account Support Rep to serve as a primary point of contact for sales support and customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide order processing and manage account operations for assigned accounts
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service flow
  • Assist account teams with onboarding new customers and support deal registration for products
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or program/project management
  • Experience interfacing with senior level executives, customers, and vendors
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
  • Advanced knowledge of DIMS, .NET, XCP, and other internal tools
