Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer, Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology teams to ensure secure design and implementation of IT systems
• Document security configurations, procedures, and assist in vulnerability management
• Evaluate software systems for vulnerabilities and recommend security improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information security, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on security-related projects
• Advanced degree in information security or related field preferred
• Hands-on experience with technical security elements and ethical hacking tools
• Familiarity with security compliance directives and knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR regulations
