Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Bilingual Consumer Enrollment Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a licensed health insurance agent in your state
• Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities and workflow adjustments
• Provide support and leadership to seasonal support staff and handle first level escalations

Required Qualifications

• Residency in Ohio, Tennessee, Utah, or Virginia
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
• 2+ years of previous customer service management experience
• 5+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
• A dedicated workspace free of background noise and distractions
