Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for all Agile ceremonies of a Scrum team, including release planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups
• Train and support Scrum teams to adhere to Agile values, principles, and practices
• Collect, track, and report Agile metrics on performance and progress of the product

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in relevant roles
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Scrum Master certification is required
• A degree is required
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
