Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics
• Obtain and verify patient guarantor information and ensure documentation is complete
• Respond to patient and staff needs, communicating any scheduling changes in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• State criminal background check, and federal if applicable, as required for state department of health regulated areas
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Experience in a scheduling or registration role is preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling guidelines is advantageous
