Schedule Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Schedule Manager to support a Department of Veterans Affairs project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project schedules using industry-standard tools
• Maintain tools and dashboards to monitor project performance across cost, schedule, and scope
• Analyze data to identify risks, delays, or deviations and propose corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, performance analysis, or project controls in a government or large enterprise environment
• Proficient in project scheduling and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Experience preparing narrative and graphic reports, including dashboards and executive summaries
