SBA Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Development Manager (SBL).

Key Responsibilities

• Originate new loans to qualified businesses under SBA and USDA programs while managing client relationships
• Collaborate with team members on loan submissions and maintain communication throughout the loan cycle
• Participate in community functions to enhance the bank's presence and establish referral contacts

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of SBA lending experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience
• Experience in marketing, sales, and business development
• Active COI Network for sourcing SBA & USDA opportunities
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, loan structuring, and pricing
