Salesforce Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, IT Salesforce Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and implementation of Salesforce solutions for COC/COI systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• Provide project management assistance and oversight for Salesforce initiatives and vendor projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 8 years of professional experience, with 5 years as a business systems analyst
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce based systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
• System Admin Certification is required
• Experience in a pharmaceutical regulated environment (GxP, FDA) is preferred
