Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Project Analyst to oversee Salesforce initiatives in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects from planning to delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and translate needs into technical deliverables
• Oversee triage tasks such as license management, feature requests, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management focused on Salesforce implementations
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required
• Experience using SharePoint for documentation and collaboration
• Familiarity with hospitality industry workflows is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
