Salesforce Business Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Engineer in Costa Rica.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud) and other business system integrations
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to define problems and implement technical solutions
• Deliver best practice business processes and address system issues with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a comparable major
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience
• Intermediate to advanced APEX / VF development skills
• Experience as a Zendesk Admin/Developer
• Experience configuring business integrations
