Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance the Salesforce platform in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, roles, and security settings in Salesforce
• Collaborate on Salesforce CPQ implementation and maintain knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash product suite
• Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshoot issues, and create custom reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flows and Validation Rules
• Experience managing users, roles, and permissions
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
