Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Manager to create and deliver training for the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and enhance remote onboarding programs for new hires
• Lead ongoing training sessions on sales techniques and product updates
• Develop eLearning modules and assessments for a global audience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales training, preferably in SaaS or travel technology
• Experience designing and evaluating remote training programs for commercial teams
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools
• Fluent in English and Russian
