Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist to support clients and enhance operational excellence for go-to-market teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely responses
  • Support data hygiene and process accuracy within Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Assist with pipeline management, reporting, and process improvements for Sales and Customer Success teams
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing or operational support role
  • Experience with Salesforce is required; familiarity with DealHub is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Based in the U.S., with eligibility to work without sponsorship
