A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain scalable sales processes and workflows across the sales funnel
  • Manage and optimize CRM data accuracy and deliver actionable sales reports and dashboards
  • Analyze customer lifecycle data to recommend strategies for maximizing customer lifetime value
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales support or enablement role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Analytics; Tableau experience is a plus
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing revenue-related KPIs
  • Understanding of post closed-won processes and finance terminology
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a revenue-focused outlook
