Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in sales operations or compensation roles
• 2+ years as a Salesforce power user
• Strong experience with SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Expertise in sales compensation principles and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field
