Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage operational requirements of the ePayments client base, ensuring quality delivery and support
  • Develop operational relationships and deliver contracted services to meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and prepare operational account reviews and performance reports
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in customer support roles
  • 6+ years of experience selling into the financial services industry
  • 6+ years of experience in managing and delivering services to clients
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • In-depth knowledge of banking industry and bank operations
