Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of the global learning management system, including user access and content
• Oversee the content development process and maintain quality across training modules
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions while providing reports on training engagement and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or sales operations within a technology sales environment
• Experience designing and administering a learning management system
• Experience building and leading trainings for global revenue-driving teams
• Strong project management skills, including scoping and timeline management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
