Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to farmers to identify how FBN's offerings can benefit their operations
• Execute prospecting activities to qualify farmers for various commercial products and manage the sales process
• Independently prioritize daily sales tasks and develop a personal sales playbook for overcoming objections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of equivalent experience
• Passionate about agriculture and a commitment to putting the farmer first
• Proven ability to excel in a self-guided work environment
• Comfortable using and explaining technology products/services
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
