Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead, scale, and optimize their outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the SDR team to achieve outbound targets through various outreach methods
• Own and refine outbound messaging and prospecting playbooks to enhance conversion rates
• Develop and implement training programs, and collaborate with Marketing for campaign alignment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SDR or Sales Enablement leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on leadership style with experience in making cold calls and live coaching
• Proficiency with outbound tools such as Apollo, Clay, and Sales Navigator
• Strong collaborative skills to align Sales, Marketing, and SDRs for success
• Startup mindset with the ability to build and iterate quickly
