Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives in the SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives
• Inspire and motivate the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
• Regularly report on team metrics and refine sales playbooks and training guides

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4+ years managing a Sales Development team in the SaaS space
• 4+ years in sales, preferably in SaaS
• Strong foundation with SDR processes and KPIs
• Proven success in exceeding targets and effective forecasting
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members
