Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to drive early engagement with their payment processing solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to develop a strong pipeline of high-quality demos
  • Implement scalable outreach strategies and establish clear KPIs to assess SDR effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead flow quality and manage SDR onboarding and development
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in FinTech, HCIT, or similarly regulated industries preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of business development strategies and best practices
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and inform strategic decisions
