Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Sales Coordinator to provide support on intermediary and entertainment sales accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute lead management of RFPs and support sales team with revenue-generating tasks
• Monitor lead mailbox and ensure timely processing of group opportunities
• Generate and organize sales reports for auditing and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Guest Services, or related areas, or a 2-year degree with 1 year of experience
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Familiarity with SFAWeb CI/TY, CVENT, and other eRFP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work remotely or during West Coast hours
