Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Associate focused on growing their footprint within small accounts and non-acute healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Align with specific product segments and sales targets to focus on small account acquisition
• Manage inbound demo requests and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams and outsourced resources to tailor outreach strategies and ensure lead qualification standards

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in healthcare SaaS or services
• Proven track record in new logo prospecting and outbound outreach
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools, with Salesforce experience being a plus
• Ability to work with outsourced or cross-functional teams
• Understanding of lead qualification frameworks and sales funnels is desired
