Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Account Executive to support a book of clients for upsell, cross-sell, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large book of small to medium businesses
• Develop and maintain business relationships, serving as a trusted consultant to senior decision-makers
• Lead customer negotiations for upsell and renewal opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field
• 5+ years of consultative or value-add sales experience
• Ability to manage, close, and grow multiple deals each month
• Experience working with Salesforce.com, Zoom, Slack, Google Docs, and similar applications
• Strong Excel formula skills for revenue and cost modeling
