Robotics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Robotics Systems Engineer to build and maintain software infrastructure for autonomous maritime operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain system software for sensor control, data capture, and stream management
• Optimize network utilization and integrate inputs from various sensors for structured outputs
• Collaborate with teams to define data formats and develop tools for system-level monitoring

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in developing production-quality robotics or distributed systems software
• Strong proficiency in Python and C++, with experience in Linux-based environments
• Hands-on experience with ROS2 and sensor integration for various systems
• Experience with systems deployed in field environments with intermittent connectivity
