Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Health Plan Quality Interventions with an RN license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plans and implements quality interventions that comply with state and federal regulations
  • Develops targeted interventions to enhance performance through member and provider outreach
  • Serves as the operations lead for quality improvement interventions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted RN License
  • 5+ years of experience in managed healthcare, including 2 years in health plan quality improvement
  • 2+ years of management experience leading a healthcare quality team
  • Operational knowledge and experience with Excel and Visio
  • Master's Degree or higher in a clinical field, Public Health, or Healthcare is preferred
