Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Virtual Care Management (VCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical delivery of virtual care management services, including staff management and scheduling
• Evaluate nursing care quality and ensure compliance with scope of practice and licensure
• Collaborate with management and staff on clinical policies, compliance, and quality assurance activities

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted compact state RN license
• 5+ years of nursing experience, with remote care management experience preferred
• 1-3 years of direct management experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience leading teams
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and adherence to them
