Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist for the Sales & Success team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for compensation and business operations inquiries, efficiently managing requests
• Manage compensation exceptions and adjustments, collaborating with various teams to resolve discrepancies
• Develop and maintain documentation for compensation processes, supporting overall team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience managing workflows via ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Asana) is preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows is preferred
