Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join their newly formed team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send invoices to customers
• Record and post payments received from customers and follow up on outstanding payments
• Generate reports on accounts receivable status and collaborate with sales and finance teams

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance with a strong understanding of accounting principles
• Prior experience in a similar finance or accounts role
• Proficiency with accounting software, knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
