Key Responsibilities

• Maximize overall hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage through effective pricing and distribution strategies
• Develop long-term strategies and short-term tactics to increase overall revenues and maximize profit
• Interface regularly with sales, operations, and marketing departments regarding revenue recognition policies

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Revenue Director in the hotel industry
• Proven track record as a top STR performer within the competitive set
• Luxury hotel experience preferred
• Intermediate or expert skill level in Microsoft Office suite
• Leadership qualities to mentor and develop team members
