Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst to ensure financial health by managing charge processes and providing analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate charge master processes, ensuring compliance with coding and billing regulations
• Collaborate on revenue enhancement projects and analyze billing errors to identify root causes
• Serve as a subject matter expert on charge capture methodologies and provide education to clinical departments

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience required
• Excellent knowledge of Epic, Excel, and SQL queries
• Working knowledge of CPT & HCPCS coding guidelines
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company paid)
