Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts audits on RCM team members for accuracy and compliance
• Develops error tracking systems and creates reports to monitor QA standards
• Collaborates with management to identify training needs and implement performance improvement plans

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial or government billing processes may substitute for education
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue cycle and healthcare billing requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in auditing and quality assurance within a healthcare or insurance setting
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic, Oracle, and Meditech is preferred
