Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research and Engagement Manager (Lead Generation Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Research target industries and decision-makers to build accurate ICPs and lists
• Engage leads through various channels using a multi-touch approach and share relevant materials to build trust
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute outbound campaigns and track interactions in CRM

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years in outbound lead generation
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
