Requirements Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Requirements Analyst Journeyman.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of functional and technical requirements
• Analyze user needs and existing systems to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
• Collaborate with engineers and cybersecurity personnel to ensure requirements align with design and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• BS degree with 2-4 years of experience, MS degree with 0-2 years, or HS diploma with 8-10 years of experience
• 3+ years of experience as a business or systems requirements analyst on IT infrastructure or security projects
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle and Agile or SAFe methodologies
• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or DOORS
• Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or clearance
