Remote Tier 1 Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a REMOTE Tier 1 Customer Support representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 30-50 inbound calls daily, assisting families with login issues and providing customer support
  • Respond to inquiries regarding the company's products, services, and troubleshooting platform issues
  • Assist customers via inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails, including occasional support for teachers
Required Qualifications
  • Previous technical help desk experience or a recent technical certificate
  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, particularly with HP laptops
  • Experience with Active Directory for password resets
  • Ability to work remotely with a quiet environment and high-speed internet
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST
