Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and complete accurate referrals/applications in the CRM platform
• Resolve patient questions and concerns regarding their care journey
• Manage patient accounts from initial contact to final approval or denial

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office products and video conferencing tools
• Must provide a quiet, distraction-free workspace with high-speed, hardwired internet
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
