Remote Patient Account Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on claim submissions and remittance reviews for insurance collections
• Research accounts using company patient accounting applications and available internet resources
• Create and pursue disputed balances from government and non-government entities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of medical claims and/or hospital collections experience
• Solid understanding of the Revenue Cycle related to patient accounts
