MindBerry is expanding its reach, and we are looking for dedicated mental health professionals to join our corporate team on a remote basis, providing invaluable mental health and wellbeing support in one of the following states:

> Arizona
> Georgia
> Michigan
> Texas

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular 1:1 health and wellbeing support sessions, tailored to individual needs and incorporating various therapeutic techniques.
• Be prepared to handle emergency situations with composure and confidentiality, ensuring employee stability and appropriate follow-up.
• Foster trust and engagement through visible presence and proactive interaction with people.

Additional Tasks:
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, supervision and reporting duties.
• Open to facilitate group sessions.

The successful candidate must be one of the following:
• LPC (Licensed Professional Counsellor)
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
• LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counsellor)
• LP (Licensed Psychologist)

Requirements:
At least a Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines:
• Clinical Counselling or Health Psychology
• Therapeutic Counselling
• Psychotherapy
• Clinical Social Work
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted license to practice.
• Have completed at least three (3) years of client/patient facing clinical experience after Master’s degree graduation (inclusive of supervised practice completed as part of training) during which applicants provided 1:1 care, and designed and delivered group-based interventions.
• Hold accreditation/registration/practitioner status with the State or Governmental agency with responsibility for regulating the practice of the disciplines above.
• Commitment to the continuous professional development & supervision necessary to maintain good standard within their professional society/body.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and work flexible shifts.
