A company is looking for a Remote Online Notary.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies
• Review documents to ensure they are complete and meet legal requirements
• Apply electronic notarial acts and ensure compliance with state laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of Remote Online Notarization experience
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a commissioned Notary
• Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
• E&O Insurance Policy with a minimum of 100k coverage
• Must provide a background check dated within one year
