Remote Mortgage Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Specialist in Mortgage Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date underwriting guidelines for all origination channels
• Coordinate cross-departmental rollouts of new mortgage products and investor programs
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and recommend new features or adjustments

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of mortgage industry experience, preferably in credit policy, underwriting, and product development
• Proven experience coordinating or supporting new mortgage product launches
• Familiarity with investor programs, pricing engines, and secondary market requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
