A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Patient Assistance Program
• Make outbound calls to address questions and assist with application completion
• Utilize training and resources to resolve patient and healthcare provider inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Call center experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday
• Successful completion of a background check required
