Key Responsibilities

• Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries regarding insurance verifications, billing questions, and prescription issues
• Manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems
• Successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class and demonstrate the ability to type 40 words per minute with high accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Successful completion of a background check
• Ability to hardwire work computer to home modem and meet internet speed requirements
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
