Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Technician to join our team in Houston. This work-from-home position offers the opportunity to contribute to our organization’s data management efforts while working remotely.
• Input data into company databases and systems with high accuracy and efficiency
• Verify and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
• Review and update existing data in computer systems
• Sort and organize physical and digital documents
• Maintain data confidentiality and security
• Create and maintain data entry logs
• Generate regular reports on data entry activities
• Identify and report any data discrepancies or errors
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications:
Qualifications
• Proven experience in data entry with minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with data entry software and database management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous remote work experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
